This is my blog. It started out as a challenge between me and two co-workers to blog everyday. I think I won this challenge, but they might disagree. They probably do. They always do.

Hence, I consider the early posts of this blog fairly strange and pointless. These posts I have tagged as “Dross.”

As I continued to blog everyday I found that I needed to write more deliberate and about stuff I like; family, social media, technology, domaining, marketing, branding, making money online – pretty much like everyone else.

I work in marketing and have made a few bucks blogging online. I am a husband and a pretty awesome father of 6 children, but they might disagree. They probably do. They always do.

THE PIVOT
And then one day I decided to change the subject matter of this blog and focus entirely on 8 bit culture. As a child of the 1980′s I love it. Yes, it’s nostalgic but also it fascinating to see computer imagery and language infiltrate our world. This concept has found a movement called, “New Aesthetic.

This chronicle is known as Zipop. I don’t know how to pronounce it either.
